- ELP’s music practice provides support to all participants within the market ecosystem, representing music publishers, record labels, music catalogs / funds, sync agencies, artists, producers, songwriters and composers. ELP’s service offering also includes providing music legal services across a multitude of audio-visual productions, including rights negotiations, talent contracting, licensing and clearance, and overseeing the production and creation of original music.
- ELP is adept at the valuation and monetization of original music rights and possesses a particular specialty at the nexus of where music meets all other media, often seeking to add value by facilitating the leveraging a production’s original music rights into financing.
- Provide legal services as they relate to Music Law, including but not limited to artist deals, label deals, licensing, publishing, 360 deals, and digital and new media issues;
- Work directly with artists, labels and managers to negotiate deals, providing advice and guidance with regard to an artist, label, singer, songwriter, or manager as it relates to their business and career;
- Provide specific guidance in navigating and succeeding in the music industry, an arena that is ever evolving, and ensuring that our clients properly adapt and subsequently earn success in their careers.
