We provide close relationship and guidance to our producers as a producer rep, outside business affairs and legal counsel including advising on the law, structuring deals, drafting and negotiating agreements, forming SPVs and business entities and protecting legal rights, but also working as an advocate and representative in order to help our producer clients achieve success through financing, development, principal photography, acquisition and distribution of their film, television and/or media project.
